This guy is definitely a dead beat. As the winning bidder on one of my sites he has failed to respond to any emails regarding the completion of the transaction. I've given him more than a week to respond, so no excuses about time zones etc.

I see he's still bidding on other sites. Be aware that he doesn't seem to actually want to buy any of them. Not sure what game he's playing, but he's certainly wasting everyone's time here.
