Rate A Pilot is a simple ratings site designed for rating and reviewing fellow airline pilots. Technical Info: I built the website using PHP and MySQL technology. I hold professional certifications in both PHP and MySQL and the code is designed to be fairly easy to follow. The website is built on Smarty template engine (which separates PHP code from HTML design), database abstraction (so it would be easy to change to a different database engine), and a lot of CSS for design. Unfortunately, I need to sell this website and design before I've even begun to market it due to a "conflict of interest". I finished this website in late Sept 2007 and consequently there is virtually no traffic. That means you're getting this website (design, domain, code)for less than minimum wage on my work!
