I have loads of content in archive which I will give along with the site for the new owner to publish it as and when required; this will meet your requirements for at least a couple of months, depending upon how often you publish new content.

The current uploaded content is of course included, since I use Wordpress so I can create a back up and share it with you. I own the domain name "www.boredomheights.com" so no issues in domain transfer either.

The current theme comes with the package as well.
