Do you have an account with GODADDY to proceed with the transfer? If yes let me know the email address used for this account for transfer purposes, also the payment would have to be dome by Wire Transfer or MoneyBookers. Is that Ok with you? I Also have the site added at SEDO.COM but if you buy from there i will have to pay for charges.

This site belonged to company in California they provided consumer financial services, namely providing a secure fraud resistant cash remittance service for use by consumers through a prepaid online money transfer system coupled with ATM-based currency delivery. Thats all i know, The domain name expired and i took it over!

Yes it includes 1 year hosting with Lunarpages.com, for the license that should not be a big deal just apply at the departement of finance of your country for a license, its quite easy to get
