There are currently over 400 jobseekers and 70 employers.
The site is set on FREE job listing but there are 70 employers, careerbuilder.com and monster.com job posting fees average $400 per listing, and with 70 employers (70 members x $400=$28,000 a month)
Also there has been little advertising and still have members.  [more]
