The site is a social site and will make money from sponsers. Each logo is $100 a month and the homepage can support up to 20+ adds... Most bussiness pay thousands more for advertisment and $100 is nothing for them... the best part is as the site grows and builds more volume you can charge more for ads... if you fill 10 ads at $100 a month... that's $1,000 a month... currenlty I'm make about $500 a month on my current sponsers/ads... (but I haven't been selling or trying to get more bussiness). Hope this helps... and good luck bidding!

Wow! I can’t believe the response I’ve gotten from listing my site. Yes – the site includes all graphics, databases, business model and everything listed in the description including the TOYOTA 4RUNNER (if the price is right). Also, the terms of service and privacy was completed by a very well known Ecommerce lawyer based out of Richmond, VA (this alone was very expensive). It also includes a $200 dollar gift certificate to any Fast Signs and I have an attentive live radio interview with a local radio station in Richmond, VA (if purchased I will give you their contact information). Once the business is purchased the new owner has the discrepancy to continue the advertisements or cancel them (they have already paid up for the year). The website is designed to produce over $10,000 a month if marketed correctly. Thanks!

I’m interested but with out the truck. Does this include all graphics, databases, business model? Also, are the advertisements currently on the site going to roll over? How much does it generate in income as of now?

I’ve already been contacted by several people about my site and as I told them: I have exactly $20,000 in entire project (minus truck) and would like to get around this number.
